As for returns, according to current legislation, you have a legal period of 14 days to process the return of your order, counting from the date of receipt of the same. My Dolphin cleaner starts and then stops.
If your Dolphin robot stops abruptly when it is in the water, it may be due to a warning from the protective sensors in the motors.
If your Dolphin robot is out of the water, it is normal for it to stop after performing its self-test. Dolphin robots should only be used when they are in the water.

My Dolphin pool cleaner won't go up the walls
Your Dolphin pool cleaner does not go up the walls? Keep in mind that the robots spend more time cleaning the bottom, than going up walls, so it is normal that sometimes they reach a wall and do not go up it.
This is because most of the dirt in a pool is on the bottom and so it is necessary for the robot to spend more time on the bottom than on the walls.
If you notice that your Dolphin robot is having difficulty climbing walls, we recommend that you follow the steps below:
- Verify that the filters are not dirty or clogged, we also recommend cleaning them after each use. The filters could also be in bad condition for having used flocculant or other type of coagulant in the water, if so, they should be replaced by new ones.

Will my Dolphin clean the stairs?
Dolphin robots will only be able to clean stairs if they have enough space to fully position themselves on the steps.
This is very rare, and even if it does occur, they will not always be completely clean.
We recommend that you use a brush and brush the stairs so that the dirt falls to the bottom of the pool and your Dolphin robot can pick it up without any problem.
